Terms of Service

You must adhere to the following terms of service, or your account may be deleted:

This is an 18+ site. If any minors are caught within this community, not only will their accounts be deleted, but will be banned from joining for eternity.
This is a no-emo zone! Any signs of emoness may cause your account to be subject to deletion.
(p.s. You can whine, cry, and cut yourselves later, just not here.)
Spamming users with advertisements and useless junk (viagra, ringtones, moneymaking schemes, etc.) will get your account deleted and banned for eternity. Exceptions are people's own personal projects or band activities. Feel free to promote yourselves, but please, keep it reasonable.
Sending 30 messages to a user asking to check out your page or a link is severely overdoing it.
Photo policy:
We don't care what pictures you may post, as this is an 18+ community, however, posting child pornography or other illegal images, or passing yourselves off as someone else, and getting caught, will subject your account to deletion and possible banning.
In other words, be who you want, but be yourself. (Ex. passing yourself off as Megadeth or Avril Levine will not be tolerated.)
Music Policy:
Do NOT upload material copyrighted by others. It's not fair for local/unsigned/independent bands to not get noticed because someone feels they want their favorite band's music on their page.
"Fake" band pages are not allowed and subject to deletion and banning.
(Ex. If you are not Cradle of Filth, you will be deleted if your page says you are Cradle of Filth.)
Video Policy:
Videos posted must not violate copyright laws or criminal law (ex. Mainstream band videos, child pornography, etc.) Feel free to post your personal home video, band music video, videos of special abilities, or random stupidity, but please make sure no laws are being violated. Any videos in violation will be removed, and warnings will be given. Subsequent occurances will make your account subject to deletion.
Any use of malicious scripting or viruses on their pages will have your account deleted and banned ASAP.
If you find someone as malicious scripting on their site, please report them immediately.
Please keep the rating system fair. Users found abusing the rating system for personal gain will be given a warning, and subsequent offenses will be subject to account deletion and or banning.
A "Whoring" system will be enabled on the site relatively soon, if not already, for those who enjoy the "friend count", however it will be a non-bulletin based system. Links will be provided to the "train" and all "whoring" can be done from there. This will be done to minimize the annoyance factor that many people encounter with this style of promotion.
Classified Ad policy:
Please delete your classified ad post if you do sell your item and the ad is no longer necessary. It will help save on server resources and that will keep the experience enjoyable for everyone.
Classified Ad / Event / Show expiration:
Classified Ads, Events, and Shows that have expired will be deleted by the administrators at regularly scheduled times.
